Our SAUCES AND DESSERTS are freshly made in-house without chemicals or preservatives.
The welfare of farm animals is important to us at True Seasons Organic Kitchen. That’s why we are committed to sourcing all of our beef from farms and ranches that achieve an animal welfare certification recognized by REAL Certified and ASPCA® Shop With Your Heart program.

Chef Saifon's true passion for food starts with the seed. She believes in the healing properties of organic and healthy food. She also believes healthy and delicious food shouldn't be complicated - there are no secrets in her kitchen. She uses clean and simple herbs and spices with natural, pure ingredients to create exciting flavors.
Chef Saifon can be found each week at local farmers' markets in Orange County. She loves to support local organic growers and often features unique and exotic seasonal vegetables on our vegetarian plates.
While this business is important to us, we believe one of our greatest purposes is to care for those in need, even here in Orange County. We are passionate about providing fresh and healthy food to struggling families right here around our homes. Everyone should be able to eat the food our bodies need to grow strong and stay healthy!
